Chipmunk has a fireplace and a beautiful porch overlooking the Roaring Branch river. Chipmunk has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people (two bedrooms with queen/full beds, plus a third with bunk beds). The upstairs bedroom can do double-duty as a remote-work office, including monitor and printer and high-speed fiber internet access. Chipmunk also offers a well-stocked kitchen.

About the Owner

Meg and Joel are a married couple who live in Boston with their cat, Figgy. They fell in love with Chipmunk after first visiting as renters in 2020. Since purchasing Chipmunk in 2023, Meg and Joel have spent many happy weeks at the cabin in every season and are thrilled to be part of the Roaring Branch community.

Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
