The cabin owners have been enjoying Roaring Branch as renters for 30+ years. Since becoming the new owners of Rabbit Warren, we will continue to rent the cabin (on a limited basis) so others can enjoy the beauty of the setting.

Eighty-five percent (85.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
